LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS
This crisis has affected us all. As Canadians, it is in our nature to stay united through adversity. We know that it’s better when we’re together!
After much consideration, we have decided to reopen for business. It is our desire to serve the present needs of our community, to contribute to our hurting economy, and to create jobs again for our laid-off employees.
We know that there are health risks to consider, and we will continue to take every necessary precaution to provide a safe work environment for our team members, customers, and suppliers.
On Sunday, April 12 th , we will unveil a new online store that will offer a selection of everyday essentials; things that you need but may not want to wait in long lines or crowded stores for, and things that may be difficult to find right now such as FLOUR and SUGAR! We will also feature items from our favourite local suppliers, and yes we will bring back some of our own items as well, such as our famous scones in a DIY kit!
Our goal is to help make life a little bit easier and safer for our community during these challenging and uncertain times, and so we have created an easy-to-use online ordering system as well as a safe and contactless curbside pick up and delivery service. We want to make it as convenient and affordable as possible to browse, order and collect your desired items. We hope that this service will benefit you, our amazing community.
We hope that you will choose to support a local business and help spread the word. We promise to do our very best to serve you and to find ways to improve each day.
