PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please email us at catering@cremedelacrumb.com for all orders and inquiries, and we will reply within 24 hours with an order summary for your review, detailing your order and total cost. Please note that for first time orders, we require upfront payment to confirm the order. Our cut off time is 1:00pm of the previous business day for next day delivery, however we will always do our best to accommodate all requests as we do understand that last minute orders and changes do happen. An additional charge may apply to make a last minute delivery possible.

DELIVERY & PICK UP

Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 2:00pm. Please allow a 30 minute window for each delivery.

The following are our delivery regions and fee/exemption rates:

  • Vancouver / Downtown - $150 minimum order to qualify for delivery. $20 delivery fee includes delivery & pick up. Waived for orders over $300.
  • UBC / Burnaby / Richmond / North Shore - $200 minimum order to qualify for delivery. $25 delivery fee includes delivery & pick up. Waived for orders over $300.
  • New Westminster / Port Moody / Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam - $400 minimum order to qualify for delivery. $45 delivery fee includes delivery & pick up. Waived for orders over $600.
  • Delta / Surrey / Langley / White Rock - $600 minimum order to qualify for delivery. $60 delivery fee includes delivery & pick up. Waived for orders over $800.

We will return the next business day to pick up our supplies. If you require same day pick up, a $20 same-day pick up fee will apply.

If you wish to pick up your order instead of having it delivered, we offer free pick up from our catering kitchen at 100-2955 Virtual Way in Vancouver, anytime during our business hours.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations or order reductions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subjected to full charges.

PAPER SERVICE

We will provide all necessary paper service with every catering order, including cups, plates, napkins, cutlery and condiments. If you do not require paper service, please let us know when placing your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We will email you the official invoice on your order date with a link for online payment. You may also phone in your payment details if you prefer. We accept the following types of payment: Cash, Corporate Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also require a credit card on file for lost or damaged supplies. Credit terms are net 30 days. A 2% monthly interest may be applied to any overdue balance.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT

We will do our very best to accommodate your allergy and dietary restriction requests. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergy-free facility since some of our products are produced on shared equipment with dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy products.
